About Petzerhiel

Petzerhiel S.à r.l.-S is a co-ownership property manager and property administrator based in Luxembourg-Ville. We work on the management of residential buildings, office buildings and co-owned properties that require a suitable administrative, accounting, technical or documentary organisation.

What we do

The property manager prepares the items put to the vote of the co-ownership, carries out the resolutions adopted at the general meeting and ensures the continuity of the management. This work relies on accurate documents, clearly identified responsibilities and regular follow-up. We have chosen to organise our activity around a few simple principles: information that can be understood, accounting that can be explained, documented decisions, follow-up assigned to a person in charge, structured archives and tools suited to the profession.

Petzerhiel's registered office is located at HQ, 11 rue Eugène Ruppert · L-2453 Luxembourg. We operate in Luxembourg according to the nature and the needs of the buildings entrusted to us.

An organised profession

Petzerhiel is a member of the Groupement des syndics professionnels du Luxembourg (grouping of professional property managers of Luxembourg). This membership reflects our commitment to exercising the profession within its professional framework, to following its developments and to taking part in the exchanges of the profession.

Tools that serve the management

Petzerhiel uses digital tools to organise documents, requests, decisions and works. In particular, we contribute to the development of Synila, a separate software solution intended for property management in Luxembourg. Professional cybersecurity training, for its part, is grouped under the LuxHawk brand, whose website is in preparation.
