- Technical fingerprint of the consent proof: with each click on Accept or Refuse, your IP address and your browser are transformed into a cryptographic fingerprint (HMAC-SHA256 with a monthly rotating key). No IP address or browser identifier is kept in clear text.

Messaging processor
The electronic messaging service relies on the Open-Xchange solution, provided in the EuroDNS environment. This provider acts as a processor within the meaning of art. 28 of the RGPD for the routing and storage of e-mails.
Retention periods
- Consent cookie and associated record in the database: 6 months from your choice, then automatic renewal of the request.
- Audit proof for the CNPD: 36 months after the expiry of the consent, then automatic daily purge.
- Data prior to 5 janvier 2026 (consents collected before the redesign of the banner): kept for 36 months from that date, i.e. until 5 janvier 2029, then automatic purge.
- Contact form: your data is kept for up to 3 years from the last exchange, except in the case of a legal obligation, litigation or an ongoing contractual relationship; it is then deleted or anonymised.
