Additional assignments
Some co-ownerships and some owners need a one-off assignment without immediately entrusting a full mandate. For these situations, Petzerhiel defines a limited assignment whose scope, expected documents and deliverable are identified before the assignment begins.
Depending on the need, this assignment may concern the preparation and follow-up of a management handover, an accounting review together with the status of the points to be clarified, or the comparative analysis of quotes and the preparation of works. It may also cover the preparation of energy-aid applications, the security of shared digital equipment, the review of insurance cover and the follow-up of claims, cadastral and documentary coordination, or the drawing up of the statements and documents intended for landlord owners.
Depending on the nature of the file, some steps require the involvement of a notary, a lawyer, a chartered surveyor, an auditor, an engineer, an architect or another qualified professional. Petzerhiel prepares and coordinates the elements that fall within its assignment without taking the place of the regulated professions.
